第31届南美洲版达喀尔拉力赛在2010年1月18日在布宜诺斯艾利斯落幕，今年达喀尔在阿根廷与智利之间占地9,000平方公里，分14阶段进行；530辆摩托车（含四轮摩托）、赛车和卡车1月3日从布宜诺斯艾利斯出发，1月18日，129辆摩托车（含四轮摩托）、92辆赛车和53辆卡车完赛，完赛率为52%。不过，所有参赛者都同意，第31届达喀尔拉力赛是近10年来最难的一次。
